A family wanted a sunroom where they could host friends and enjoy their outside space in comfort. Based on some examples of looks that the client wanted, I designed a space that hit all their wants.  It was very important to keep the same feel and architectural detail the home had in order to create a seamless addition.

 

In order to better show what the space would look like, a 3d model of the home was created.  The sunroom layout was added and the client could  see what the actual addition would look like, both outside and inside. This helps decisions, such as the size and height of the addition, get made more intelligently.  Also, placement of furniture and fixtures they had planned to use could be incorporated into the model for a realistic feel.
